As a strong player in the market with ambitious growth plans, we are now looking for an experienced and business-oriented CFO for our head office at Skøyen in Oslo.

As our CFO, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s future. You’ll act as a strategic sparring partner to the executive team while leading and developing a high-performing finance function across Accounting and FP&A. Your Role 

We are seeking a driven, commercially-minded Chief Financial Officer who is ready to take the lead in both strategic and operational aspects of our business. You won’t just be responsible for the numbers - you’ll be in the driver’s seat as we continue our Azets journey. 

As CFO, you will have overall responsibility for the development and leadership of the group’s finance function in Norway. This includes: 

• Financial reporting and analysis to Group Finance (UK), including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow reporting 
• Ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process, including planning, execution, and performance tracking 
• Driving continuous improvements in accounting, financial reporting, and internal routines 
• Further developing and strengthening the Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams 
• Ensuring high-quality management information and KPI tracking 
• Acting as an active financial partner to the leadership team and supporting business units with insight-driven decision support 
• Challenging status quo where needed and contributing to value creation across the organization 

The finance function consists of two core teams:

• Accounting (Shared Services) – responsible for accounting, payroll, tax, and liquidity for all Norwegian entities, supported by our team in Romania.

• FP&A – delivers analysis, business controlling, and strategic decision support in close collaboration with the business.

As CFO, you will have overall personnel responsibility for both teams and be part of the Norwegian executive leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Higher education in economics, finance, or a related field 
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in CFO or senior finance leadership roles, including at least 4 years in an international group structure 
• Experience working with group reporting requirements and Private Equity ownership models 
• M&A experience, including post-acquisition integration, is an advantage 
• Broad experience in both accounting and financial analysis/reporting 
• Proven leadership skills and experience in developing finance teams and processes 
• Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English
